Wind & Woods Productions presents: A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum Friday Night, June 11th, 2010, 7:30 PM Saturday Night, June 12th, 2010, 7:30 PM Wind & Woods Productions, a newly formed professional artistic production company, presents its inaugural play, the American Classical Musical Comedy, “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.” “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” tells the story of the ancient Roman slave Pseudolus and his hilarious and poignant attempts to win his freedom. In the process the audience will encounter shameless puns, slapstick comedy, pratfalls, sight gags, double takes, double entendres and mistaken identity all set to the music and lyrics of Stephen Sondheim. The show is directed and music directed by Keith Smith and choreographed by Lesia Kaye.
